Callahuaya (Kallawaya) is spoken in Bolivia, in the Charazani region of La Paz department.
Callahuaya is a secret language used by traditional healers, combining Quechua grammar with vocabulary from the extinct Puquina language. It has only a few speakers. UNESCO recognized Kallawaya culture as a Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity in 2003.
