Language Information

Pohnpeian is spoken in the Federated States of Micronesia, on the island of Pohnpei, where the national capital, Palikir, is located.
Pohnpeian is a Micronesian language with about 30,000 speakers. Pohnpei is home to Nan Madol, a ruined city built of basalt on artificial islets, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
