Kalispel

Kalispel is spoken in the United States, in northeastern Washington and western Montana, by the Kalispel, Flathead (Bitterroot Salish), Pend d'Oreille, and Spokane peoples.
Kalispel (also called Montana Salish, or Salish-Spokane-Kalispel) is an Interior Salish language. Its dialects are spoken on the Flathead Reservation in Montana and the Kalispel and Spokane reservations in Washington. It is critically endangered, with only a few elderly first-language speakers, but the Nkwusm Salish immersion school in Arlee, Montana, is teaching it to children.
