Ahlo (more commonly known by its native name Igo, and also rendered as Ahlon, Ahlõ, Achlo, or Anlo) is a language spoken in West Africa.
Region/Territory: It is spoken in the Plateau Region (Région des Plateaux) of southwestern Togo, primarily in the Sassanou area near the Ghanaian border.Speaker Population: It is a minority language with a small community of native speakers (estimated between 7,500 and 9,000 speakers).
Ethnic Group: The speakers of the Igo language refer to themselves as the Ago people.
