Cuna (Kuna, or Guna) is spoken in Panama, in the Guna Yala (San Blás) islands and coast, and in northwestern Colombia.
Cuna is a Chibchan language with about 60,000 speakers. The Guna are known for their molas, colorful reverse-applique textiles, and for winning autonomy for their region in 1925.
