Yukagir (Odul) is spoken in Russia, in northeastern Siberia, in the Sakha Republic along the Kolyma River.
Yukaghir consists of two languages, Northern (Tundra) and Southern (Kolyma) Yukaghir, sometimes linked to the Uralic family. Both are nearly extinct, with only a few dozen speakers.
