Language Information

Susu is spoken in coastal Guinea, including the capital, Conakry, and in northwestern Sierra Leone.
Susu is a Mande language with about 1.5 million or more native speakers, and it is the main common language of coastal Guinea.

Adamadie birin barixinɛ e lan yɛtɛralui kui, yɛtɛ kolonyi nun yɛtɛ suxu kima. Fondoe nun faxamui na e bɛ boresuxu kima bariboreya fanyi kui.

English translation

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
